Helping In4Health connect Doctors with Patients

Liquid have provided technical systems and creative services to UK-based company In4Health, who have launched an innovative digital signage and information system for GP practices and hospital inpatient waiting rooms.

The system offers playback of animations and video content on 40" LCD screens, and a highly-informative interactive touch screen kiosk, giving patients access to the NHS Direct website, unique 3D medical illustrations and advice on the most relevant medical issues at any one time.

Importantly for doctors, patients can submit a confidential survey from the kiosks, helping then to respond to patients' feedback on all aspects of their experience and appointment.

Liquid's next generation secure online management system lets the doctors and local PCT staff log-on and set their own announcements and messages for display on the screens, which are addressable independently for maximum flexibility. Our unique dynamic content system lets patients enjoy up-to-the-minute news, sports, weather and local news stories.
